Omojola Awosusi, PhD, ACIPM, FNIPR, FPA
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned administrator and corporate executive with extensive experience in governance, human resource management, and institutional development. An Associate Professor of Sociology, he was Registrar of Ekiti State University (2005–2015), Ekiti State Branch Chairman and member of Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (2012-2014).
He taught Human Resource Management and industrial Relations in UNIOSUN (2014-2017) and UNILORIN (2017-2019). He provides strategic leadership and executive oversight.
Imoleayo Adekunle, B.Sc, ACIPM
Human Resources Business Partner
Imoleayo Adekunle, ACIPM, is a Human Resources Business Partner with expertise in strategic HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. She partners with business leaders to develop people strategies that drive organisational growth and operational excellence.
At Quintessence Corporate Support Services Limited, she leads key HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, policy development, employee engagement, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with labour regulations and industry best practices. She also supports the company's business development efforts by contributing to strategic outsourcing and workforce management solutions for clients.
Samuel Oladele Bamigboye, B.Sc, M.A, PhD
Director, Learning and Capacity Development
An accomplished Industrial chemist, he has Process Control Manager in Berger Paints Plc , Plant Manager, Joel Industries, Plant Manager, Bright Robinson Ltd and Managing Partner Somerlux Chemicals Ltd.
He is a training strategist with expertise in professional education and capacity building. He leads business development, training delivery, company's strategic alignment with regulatory standards and industry requirements.
Michael Adebayo
Director of Finance and Administration
Michael is an accomplished administrator and education management professional with over 30 years of experience in administration, finance, project management and international education. He previously served at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) and the Nigerian Institute of Industrial Management.
He holds professional qualifications in Accounting and Project Management, including training in South Africa and India, with expertise in strategic administration, government liaison, institutional partnerships and international education collaboration.
